Thank you for considering booking a shoot with us! Since we are still learning in a lot of areas, we are offering lower end pricing for our photos! Please DM us to book, as these prices may be flexible.

Mini Location Shoot

Starting at $20

If you have a place in mind, this is the shoot for you! With this option, you get to choose a location that you have in mind. This shoot typically include 10-15 photos, including edited and raw photos. This type of shoot typically lasts an hour. Not all locations will be accessible for us at all times, so please contact us for more information!

Full Location Shoot

Starting at $30

If you have a place in mind, and would like more photos, this is the option for you! With this shoot, you get to choose a location and we will come to you. This shoot typically includes 20 - 25 edits and raw photos. This shoot typically lasts two hours. Not all locations will be accessible for us at all times, so please contact us for more information!

Set Location Shoot

Starting at $15

Don't have a certain location, but want to get some nice photos? On days when we have enough interest, we will post up at a location and book as many shoots as we can fit in a day. These shoots typically last around an hour, and include 7-10 edited photos, as well as raw photos.  

Mini Event Shoot

Starting at $10

Subject to availability, as this shoot is only offered on weekends when there are events (meetups, cons, etc.). Information will be posted on our Instagram about these shoots when there comes to be an event.

 

By booking a cosplay photography session with Bumblumi Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Booking and Payment

A session is considered booked once a date and time are confirmed. Payment is due 24 hours to a week before the session, depending on session type, unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand. Cash Payments accepted day of shoot. Accepted payment methods are Venmo, PayPal, or cash.


2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please notify at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Weather-related reschedules for outdoor shoots will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

More than 10 minutes late will result in shoot being canceled and a partial refund.


3. Session Conduct

Clients are responsible for bringing their own costumes, props, and any necessary cosplay accessories. We reserve the right to end a session early without refund if the environment becomes unsafe or if inappropriate behavior occurs.


4. Image Usage Rights

We retain full copyright and ownership of all images taken during the session. Clients are granted personal use rights for images delivered, including posting on social media, using as profile pictures, sharing with friends/family, and printing for personal use. You may not sell the images or use them for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, promotional materials, or prints for sale) without prior permission and credit.


We reserve the right to use images from the session for our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.


5. Editing and Delivery

We will provide edited images, usually within 7 - 10 days of the session. These will be emailed via Pixieset. Edits include standard color correction, cropping, and light retouching. We may do some heavy retouching or special effects, depending on the request. Raw (unedited) photos are released with the edited photos.


By participating in the session, you grant permission for the photographer to use your likeness in photographs for promotional and portfolio purposes.

FAQ

Are travel costs included in the price of my photoshoot package?

Yes! If you have a location that is in a particularly far or hard to reach place for us, we will adjust the price of your shoot accordingly.

Where are the majority of your shoots at?

We usually do shoots anywhere in the Salt Lake valley, however we also offer locations in the Ogden area, as well as the Cache Valley.

Can I customize the photoshoot packages to match my needs?

Of course! We will work out every detail in DMs when you reach out to book your shoot! The price may also adjust according to what your needs are!
